This is a modern luxury villa with spacious rooms and private pool located in a quiet position in Chlorakas. It is only 10 minute walk from the main road offering frequent buses to Paphos Centre and Coral Bay beaches and is within easy reach of restaurants, beaches, and other amenities.  You will have a real feeling of home here and it offers comfortable family accommodation for six persons with three double bedrooms (two double, one twin). All the bedrooms are en-suite and are multi-levelled. Downstairs is a fully fitted kitchen, including washing machine, oven and microwave. In the lounge diner there is Hi-FI centre and Sky satellite TV offering limited English channels.  Outside the villa benefits from a private swimming pool where the sun catches beautifully across the pool and patio area, sun loungers, umbrellas and BBQ. The villa offers a large,  peaceful, private garden with many varieties of flowers like Roses, Geraniums, Bird of Paradise, palm and fruit trees and lots of land. There is a private gravel driveway with plenty of parking.

Just wanted to send you a quick e-mail to say a big thank you once again for a fantastic week at one of your lovely villas. we were so sad leaving that place.. but for sure we will be back next summer for much more! Haris And Eleutheria , the owners was very friendly with us and very helpful of what were asking for, the spot of that villa was very nice, 10 minuets from both coral bay and kato paphos were are many restaurants, bars and some other shops for what your looking for. quiet and relaxing! so now back to England full of energy we will continue working for next summer!
