This brand-new contemporary bungalow certainly has the wow-factor! It is very modern and luxurious. It is located in an exclusive location and within walking distance to the famous Coral Bay beach, restaurants and shops. The living area is in chocolate and cream with comfortable sofas and chairs surrounding a stone-finish fireplace to keep you warm and romantic for the cooler Cyprus evenings. The flat-screen TV, DVD and CD player will take care of your entertainment needs. This open plan area also includes a dining table with six chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, a microwave, and electric hob and, as well as the bedrooms, is fitted with imported Italian Designs of top quality. The main bathroom is very big with a heated towel rail. There is large guest toilet and the 3rd bedroom has en-suite shower/toilet. Outside the private pool has ornate lamps and the whole area is very impressive with a huge garden including a grassy lawn area, beautiful flowers and trees like bird of paradise, roses and lemon trees. There is a barbeque/sink area, outside shower and plenty of parking.
