Set in the hills of the traditional village of Pegia and overlooking Coral Bay and the Mediterranean Sea, this three bedroom villa has breathtaking and beautiful views. The open plan living area offers comfortable sofas and Satellite TV and a DVD player.  There is a big breakfast bar dividing the area into the kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you will need whether it’s home cooking or even if you want to experiment some local Cypriot cuisine!  The dining area has enough plenty of seating and a baby chair is provided upon request.  An added feature of this villa is a second living area upstairs with sofas, coffee table, a small kitchenette and a balcony overlooking the pool. The bedrooms in this villa are particularly large and they have lots of wardrobe space.  A baby cot is also available on request. There are two en-suite bathrooms and one en-suite jacuzzi bath, so you can really relax! The windows are double glazed throughout and there is safe deposit box.  The gardens are very pretty, lots of grass and plenty of fruit trees, including bananas, citrus fruits and fig trees, so you can make lots of fruit salads! The garden flowers are very colourful, gladioli, bird of paradise and roses to name a few.  A private swimming pool gives you the feeling of luxury and from there you can see the stunning view of the bay below.  For those of you who are romantic, sit out here at dusk and watch the sunset and as the evening begins you will be surrounded the twinkling lights of Pegia and the surrounding hills.  As peaceful as this area is, Coral Bay is only two minutes drive and there you will find all the amenities, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, watersports and, of course, the famous Coral Bay Beach.

Just a small note to thank you all at El De for making our stay at V2008, so enjoyable ‘we all had a great holiday, and as you stated, as we've tasted the difference in staying at a villa, we certainly won't be going back to the 'package' type holiday in apart hotels etc. like a paradise, taking a bath on Jacuzzi after relaxing on the swimming pool and then sitting on the balcony watching the sunny weather of Cyprus was like a paradise. Way of people on Cyprus, culture and cuisine was fantastic!
