The living area offers guests satellite TV, a DVD player and a CD player. Air conditioning units are available for the summer months and a fire place to enjoy those cooler winter evenings. The kitchen is fully fitted with all modern appliances and a dining table and chairs are available. All the bedrooms have been tastefully furnished and have the added luxury of enjoying exceptional views. Outside for guests comfort there is an outdoor shower, and found in its own private garden is a private swimming pool, Children’s pool, sun beds, parasols, built barbeque and garden furniture.

"I wanted to live here from the first time I walked into that building, that’s not a villa, it’s a small palace! How can you rent such thing and in that price?

By entering the villa, there is a plenty of space for your car/s, on the centre the villa is surrounded by the private garden full of grass, flowers and fruit trees. In front of it, a big swimming poll of 4x12 and a smaller for children, next to them umbrellas and sun bets for relaxing after been refreshed by the worm water. A built barbeque too is available near the villa/S.Pool  and a pergola with a table and chairs for lunch in Al Fresco. By entering the villa you faced up the living room. There is a Fireplace and an Air-condition offcorse, a Satellite TV and a DVD player for your entertainment when your back home tired of been driving all over the beautiful island. Kitchen is big with everything you need, and also Bed rooms are big and luxury. For sure!!! Once we can’t buy it, we will make it our second home away from our."
