This is  house lying in mature gardens less than five kilometers from the centre of Polis. The villa enjoys a peaceful, scenic location with lovely views of tree-scattered countryside and distant mountains.
A door leads from a side patio into a hallway, to the left of which is the villa's lounge, simply decorated and furnished with comfy seating and a television. To the right of the hallway is the kitchen, complete with a dining table and chairs, a fridge, a washing machine and a gas oven and hob.
