This beautiful white-washed villa is located in the peaceful and tranquil area of Argaka, with wonderful countryside views.  The living area is bright and spacious with comfortable sofas, a plasma TV with satellite channels, DVD player, CD player, home cinema, so plenty of entertainment! For those cooler nights there is a fire place to snuggle in front of, with a glass of Cyprus wine perhaps!  The dining area is spacious with a dining table and eight chairs.  Fully fitted and equipped the contemporary style kitchen caters for everyday needs and enjoys the added luxuries of a coffee machine, dishwasher and a washing machine in the utility room. The added feature of fly-screens will keep out any unwanted visitors of the insect nature!  In total there are 4 bedrooms, two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, three of which have en-suite bathrooms and one an en-suite Jacuzzi bathroom.  The gardens are very well looked after and you even get a citrus grove for fresh juice!  There is a lovely little mini cactus garden with lots of different varieties of flowers and plants including beautiful tall gladioli and rose bushes. The outside area comprises of a private swimming pool, sun beds, parasols, an external shower, pergola, a built barbeque, veranda and garden furniture.  You get a very calm feeling around the pool area with a light, fresh and revitalising atmosphere.
