This attractive four bedroom villa is located in pretty village of Peyia very close to Coral bay beach with lovely mountain views. Nearby is the famous Coral Bay area, with its numerous shops, restaurants, bars, tavernas and sandy beach.  The bright and spacious living area offers guests the use of a TV, cassette player, CD player. The dining area has been tastefully decorated and incorporates a dining table and six chairs. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped to cater for every day needs, including a washing machine and dishwasher. The four bedrooms have all been decorated to a high standard, with the added luxury of en-suite facilities. There is one twin bedroom located on the ground floor and two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom located on the first floor.  The outside area comprises of a private swimming pool, sun beds, an undercover terrace, a barbeque area and garden furniture for guests to enjoy al-fresco dining. The garden is very well maintained and has mini palm trees and cactus with trees and hedges all shaped and trimmed from the front garden all around the property.
