Outside there is a private swimming pool which cascades down to another level, sun beds, tennis court, a built barbeque, patio areas and garden furniture. You even get your very own banana trees in the garden! There is also a seperate laundry room with a washing machine and tumble drier.  The villa is situated within a short drive from the picturesque town of Polis and numerous amenities.
