It boasts an ideal position for golfing enthusiasts due to its location only 5 minutes drive to the Secret Valley Golf Course and 10 minute drive to the famous Aphrodite Hills Golf Resort and Spa.  The bright and airy open-plan living/dining area has been furnished to a high standard, with luxurious purple sofas, a TV with English satellite channels, a DVD player, CD player, a dining table and chairs.  The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped to cater for everyday needs, and incorporates a dishwasher and a washing machine.  There are 3 bedrooms, comprising of two twins and one double with an en-suite bathroom.  All the bedrooms have been tastefully decorated and have the added luxury of brand new remote controlled ceiling fans for the hotter Cyprus days and nights. Additional features the villa possesses is a safety deposit box, remote controlled ceiling fans and infrared security floodlights, so when arriving in the night the lights automatically come on for added security.  Outside there is a wonderful swimming pool, external shower, sun beds, parasols, a patio area, barbeque and garden furniture, overlooking the rolling mountainous countryside and the glistening Mediterranean Sea.  The evening view is particularly beautiful with the lights of Aphrodite Hills twinkling like stars.  The villa is only 5 minutes drive to the traditional village of Kouklia, 10 minutes from Paphos town and nearby the legendary Aphrodite's Rock.
