This villa is located in the picturesque and tranquil area of Argaka, surrounded by beautiful gardens. The theme can only be described as a Mediterranean country-style combined with pure luxury.  The comfortable and spacious living area has been furnished to an exceptionally high standard and offers guests flat-screen satellite TV, DVD/CD player. The fireplace adds for a romantic atmosphere for the cooler Cyprus nights. The contemporary style kitchen has been fully fitted and equipped to cater for everyday needs and also incorporates a dining table and chairs. There is also a separate laundry room with both a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There are three bedrooms in total all of which are doubles and enjoy en-suite facilities. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor and bedrooms two and three can be found on the first floor, both with private balconies. Outside there is an enormous private swimming pool (7mx14m) with a waterfall feature, giving you a great opportunity for daily exercise.  The garden has some beautiful flowers and trees including a citrus grove, olive trees and fig trees. There is also an external shower, plenty of sun beds, table tennis, barbeque, patio area and garden furniture.  A great feature is the huge children's playground with a children's swimming pool so if you have kids, they will be kept happy all day here! The outside area is also safe for wheelchairs to the pool area. The villa is situated a short drive from the picturesque town of Polis famous for fresh fish restaurants which are found along on the beachfront.  You will also find plenty of shops, bars and a big supermarket in the town centre of Polis.
