We will pass on these details to property owners, where necessary, in order to process both the enquiry and to proceed with the final booking arrangements of your chosen holiday accommodation.  Your information will not be passed by us to any third party that does not No third party will be passed your information that is not involved in the booking or advertising process.  However, we reserve the right to pass your information to security or credit checking companies, public authorities for instance immigration and customs if required by them or as required by law.

What we hold about you

The information we hold is only that which you have supplied to us in order to process and proceed with either an enquiry or a booking, or that of a holiday property you own and have asked us to market on your behalf.  All contact and personal details you have provided us with is included in this. You are entitled to a copy of all the information held on you. Should you wish to see a copy of the information held, please contact us. 

Your information is securely held on file by us in order that we may contact you in the future with regard to special offers or holiday accommodation related brochures.  Should you not wish to receive marketing information, please inform us and you will be removed from our database.  We will never pass your information on to a third party for marketing purposes.
