We are specialised in private, self-catering villas for holidays in the island of Cyprus, concentrating on areas within the Paphos District including Paphos Town, Coral Bay, Argaka, Polis, Latchi and Pomos, to name but a few.  We select all our holiday villas in Paphos with great care, and some are also owned by us. They are all of excellent quality, the majority with their own private swimming pool, and many extras.

Our villas are well taken care of, before and during the stay of our guests, by our dedicated team of cleaners, maintenance personnel and representatives.  On occasion these roles are carried out by the owners of the villas themselves.  A full clean is arranged at the beginning of every week, and a light clean is offered midweek.  Welcome Packs are also provided, in all villas, on arrival.

How to Book

Step 1 - Please email us with the name of the property you are interested in and requested dates. In case you can not find what you are looking for just send us an e-mail with details of what you are searching and our people will help you finding it.

Step 2 - We will check the availability of the villa and reply to you in one of the following ways:

a. With the cost and confirmed availability of your chosen villa or

b. Should your chosen villa not be available for the requested dates we will suggest alternative dates for that villa and/or alternative options matching your requirements.

Step 3 - Once you decide to proceed with a villa booking we will email you a Booking Form which you are required to complete, sign and fax/send back to us.

Step 4 - The payment method will be agreed (i.e. Credit Card of Bank Transfer).

Step 5 - Your Booking Confirmation will be emailed to you verifying the property has been booked.

Step 6 - We will proceed with the deposit payment of 25% of the total amount.

Step 7 - Once the down payment has been received you will be emailed with a receipt of monies taken.

Step 8 - The balance payment is due one month prior to arrival.
