Agia Napa is situated on the far eastern end of the south coast of Cyprus, within the Famagusta area. Once just a small fishing village, Agia Napa, in the last 30 years, has continued to grow and grow. In recent years it has changed from a reasonably quiet family resort to the party capital of Cyprus, following in the footsteps of resorts such as Ibiza.
Agia Napa has a number of stunning, golden sandy beaches with crystal clear waters. Due to the cleanliness and level of facilities offered, all the beaches in the area have in fact been awarded the EU blue flag. A number of water sports are also available, from water skiing, to canoeing and scuba diving.
The Square is the centre of this lively town, filled with restaurants, night clubs and many themed bars, all offering special cocktails, free entrance to clubs and a lot more.
