Paphos Harbour has experienced considerable activity over the centuries, since the Hellenistic-Roman times when Paphos was the capital of Cyprus.

Today, Paphos Harbour remains a historical place of interest, accommodating its guest with a multitude of tourist shops, taverns, cafes and restaurants.

Small fishing boats still use the harbour, however in the present day environment the harbour is now shared with more commercialized boats offering a variety of trips all around the Paphos District and further a field.
