Relax at the Beach


What better than to spend your day on the beach. Surely this is one of the most relaxing pass time available and not to mention it's free. That right most past times cost an arm and leg but Mother Nature offers all a free experience.

Pack your bags with cold beverages, a swimming towel, sun block and let the senses be consumed by the beauty of the ocean.

Place your towel on the ground, lay back and listen to the water rippling against the shore. Soak in all the sun but make sure you turn over occasionally to avoid tanning only on one side. Pick up your magazine or book and free your mind of all worries and anxieties.

When you start feeling so warm that it is becoming unbearable, simply take a dip in the refreshing water. Exercise your muscles by taking a slow swim. After your body has cooled down, then return to your spot for another session of sun soaking.

Now you're feeling restless as you have been lying for almost three hours, your muscles are staring to cramp. Once again the beach can sooth your need. Take a walk along the beach exploring the different stones and shells nestled in the sand. Stretch once to pick up an interesting shell and your muscles will regain their strength. Walk back along the same path to ensure you have not missed any stone or shell that will agree to your already collected collection.

Return to your spot, have a snack and incase of dehydration, something to drink. Pick up your reading material from where you left off. It is now beginning to get dark, so pick up your mobile and give your partner a call to join you.

Your companion appears and you sit together, sharing your towel and admire the sun setting behind the ocean. After the sky is becoming dark, you pack your things and go home with the intention of returning the following day.
