| Tzatziki
Ingredients
½ kilo (1lb 2oz) strained yoghurt
4-5 cloves garlic (finely grated)
1 cucumber
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
Salt & pepper
Methods
1. Grate and drain the cucumber well.
2. Mix the yoghurt and the grated cucumber in a bowl.
3. Add finely grated garlic.
4. Finally pour in the olive oil and vinegar alternately.
5. Season to taste and serve 'tzatziki' as an appetizer.
6. Place tzatziki on bread as a spread.
